Choosing the right strata fencing contractor is about more than finding someone to install a fence. Strata managers and owners corporations need a reliable company that understands complex properties, communicates effectively and provides ongoing support.
With over 20 years of experience, Brushwood Fencing Australia is an award winning, family owned fencing company specialising in strata, residential and commercial fencing across Sydney’s North Shore, Northern Beaches, Eastern Suburbs and Hills District.
What should you look for in a strata fencing contractor?
The best strata fencing contractors combine quality workmanship with professional project management, a broad range of fencing solutions and reliable ongoing service.
Experience and project management
Strata fencing projects often involve multiple stakeholders, resident access, safety requirements and coordination with other trades. Brushwood Fencing Australia works closely with strata managers, owners corporations, major builders, architects and landscapers to ensure projects are professionally managed from start to finish.
A complete fencing service
From initial inspections, design advice and quotations through to installation, repairs and ongoing maintenance, Brushwood provides a complete service. The team also offers strata fencing inspection reports to assist with maintenance planning and future works.
A comprehensive range of fencing solutions
Brushwood specialises in brushwood fencing, aluminium fencing, privacy screens, slats and battens, pool fencing, gates and more, providing tailored solutions for everything from boundary fencing to communal areas and large residential developments.
More than installation: Building long term strata relationships
For Brushwood Fencing Australia, completing an installation is only part of the service.
Co-founder Narelle works closely with strata managers and property managers, overseeing quotations, design requirements and ongoing client relationships.
“Strata managers need more than someone who can install a fence. They need a contractor they can rely on for advice, maintenance, repairs and future projects. We’ve built long term relationships with our strata clients because we’re always available when they need us, not just during the installation.”
