By Application
- Boundary fences must be 1800 high off the inside ground level (pool side) not the neighbours
- Internal fences must be at least 1200mm high measured from ground level
- Ground level will include items such as rocks, garden bed edging & the tops of pool filters
- Pool gates must swing away from the pool and be self closing, self latching and have child resistant latches set at a minimum of 300mm higher than your posts
- There must be a clear span or non climbable zone of at least 900mm from the top of the fence in all directions on the inside boundary. This includes 900mm between any horizontal rails and forks in trees and hedges
- The maximum gap permitted under gates or fences is 100mm
- Brushwood is suitable to be used a pool safety barrier
